Now that your vehicle is covered, what happens if and when service is required? Because CWD contracts are backed by Chrysler Group LLC, you can simply take your vehicle to the nearest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram dealership, and some select independent facilities. Our contracts are accepted at all Chrysler locations throughout the U.S., including Guam and Puerto Rico, and in Canada and Mexico, to make sure you’re covered no matter where you go.
Once you take your vehicle in, the dealership will service your vehicle using genuine Mopar replacement parts. After that, they’ll take care of the claims process by submitting to Chrysler Service Contracts.
